E8 Markets and trading around the news
No restriction on E8 Signature and E8 Pro. On a funded E8 One account, trading is prohibited within five minutes either side. This is what their own help page says, read on 23 September 2026, with what it means in practice underneath.

What trips people up
- The difference between their programmes is the whole story here: the same trade is fine on one account type and a deduction on another.
- Deduction at payout means the account can look right for weeks before the correction arrives.
Knowing the window is not the hard part
Knowing which release lands on which currency, and when, is. A rule about five minutes only helps if you saw the event coming that morning.
