Risk disclosure
Please read this before you trade on anything you see on MacroSetup. It is short on purpose, and all of it matters.

Not advice
MacroSetup publishes general market research for educational purposes. Everyone sees the same analysis. It does not take your situation, knowledge, goals or money into account, and it is not investment advice or a personal recommendation to buy or sell anything.
MacroSetup is not an investment firm and is not supervised by the AFM. Setups show where the macro gap between two currencies is widest; they come without entries, stops or targets, and are not trading signals.
Trading on margin
Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high risk of losing money quickly because of leverage. A small move against you can wipe out a large part of your account. It is not suitable for everyone. Make sure you understand how it works and only risk money you can afford to lose.
Prop-firm challenges
A prop-firm challenge is a paid evaluation, usually on a demo account. The rules, the fee, what happens when you break a rule and how profit is paid out differ per firm and can change. Many traders do not pass, and the fee is usually gone when you fail.
Regulators in several countries, among them Belgium's FSMA and Italy's CONSOB, have warned consumers about prop trading firms. Check the firm, its rules and the warning lists of your own regulator before you pay.
What the research can and cannot do
A macro score describes the backdrop, not the timing. Currencies can move against the macro view for days or weeks, and unexpected news can change the picture at any moment.
The research relies on outside sources: central banks, statistics offices, market prices and news. Sources can be late, wrong or unavailable, and our own processing can make mistakes. We do our best, but we do not promise that anything on the site is complete, correct or on time.
Past results
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The track record measures the daily top 3 setups from one London opening to the next, without entries, stops, spreads or fees, so it is not the result of any trading account. The current model has been live since 15 September 2026, which is a short history. How it is measured is on the track record page.
The tools
The risk calculator is an educational model of how position size and a challenge's rules interact. The account tracker records your own trades. Neither tells you what to trade or how much to risk; check every number against the rules of your own broker or firm.
Your decision
Whatever you do with the research is your own decision and your own responsibility. MacroSetup is not liable for losses or missed gains, as set out in the terms of service.
