How it works

  1. 1

    We read the macro picture

Central bank decisions and speeches, inflation, jobs and growth data, risk appetite across stocks, credit and commodities, and geopolitical news. Primary sources come first.

  2. 2

    Each currency gets a score

Four pillars add up to a score from 0 to 100, so the strongest and weakest currencies stand out at a glance.

  3. 3

    The biggest gaps become setups

Pairs with the widest gap between a strong and a weak currency make the top 3. Entry, stop and position size stay your call.

Transparent by design

You should be able to judge the research yourself. The current model has been live since 15 September 2026, and every day's top 3 setups are measured against price, hits and misses included.

We don’t promise returns. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

How the track record works
  • Reasons and sources

Every score comes with a plain-English explanation and where the information came from.

  • Every change logged

When a score or rank moves, the update log shows what changed and why.

  • Checked against price

Every day’s top 3 setups are measured from one London opening to the next, up or down, misses included.

  • The same for everyone

Every member sees the same analysis. No private tips, no DMs about trades.

One plan. Every feature.

Frequently asked questions

See all 19 questions

Is MacroSetup financial advice?

No. MacroSetup publishes general market research, and everyone sees the same analysis. It does not know your situation and does not tell you what to buy or sell. Trading currencies on margin carries a high risk of losing money. Read the risk disclosure

Is MacroSetup a signal service?

No. Setups show where the macro gap between two currencies is widest this week. There are no entry prices, stops or targets. Timing and risk management are up to you.

How is MacroSetup different from a currency strength meter?

A strength meter measures how currencies have already moved. MacroSetup scores what drives them: central bank policy, economic data, risk sentiment and geopolitics. Every score comes with the reasons behind it, and recent price strength counts for only 5 of the 100 points.

Does MacroSetup help with prop-firm challenges?

The research is the same for every trader. High-impact news is flagged a day ahead, which helps if your prop firm limits trading around news releases, and the risk calculator works with the rules of your own challenge.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets every feature free for 14 days. No card is needed to start. After that it is $49 per month, and you only pay once you choose a plan.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. If you do not choose a plan when your 14-day trial ends, it simply stops and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel whenever you like, and your access runs until the end of the period you paid for.
