Cancellation and refunds

The 14-day trial needs no card and costs nothing. When it ends, it stops by itself. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

• Monthly ($49 a month): renews every month until you cancel. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• Yearly ($588 a year): runs for a year. After that it does not renew for another full year; it continues from month to month at the monthly price and can be cancelled at any time with at most one month to go.

You cancel on the subscription page in the app, in no more than two clicks. You get a confirmation by email. If anything goes wrong, write to [support email].

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of choosing it, without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal function in the app, or send us a message, for example with the form below.

Because you asked us to give you access straight away, we refund what you paid minus a fair share for the days you had access. The refund follows within 14 days of your message, in the way you paid.

• Within the 14-day withdrawal period: what you paid, minus the days you had access.
• If you were charged by mistake, or twice: all of it.
• If we remove something important, or stop the product: the unused part of the period.
• After the 14 days: a period that has started is not refunded, and you keep access until it ends.
• If we end an account for sharing or reselling the research: no refund of the running period.

Please talk to us before you dispute a payment with your bank. It is quicker for you, and we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
