Partner terms

As a partner you get a personal link. For every customer who signs up through that link and pays, you earn a fixed fee in US dollars. The amount is agreed with you in writing before you start.

We decide who joins, and may say no without giving a reason.

• A customer counts for you when they open your link and make an account within 90 days after.
• One customer belongs to one partner: the first link counts.
• The fee is earned once the customer pays for a plan for the first time. A sign-up or a trial alone earns nothing.
• If that payment is refunded, withdrawn or reversed, the fee for it lapses, also when it was paid out already.
• Signing up through your own link does not count.

Fees are paid in US dollars, [every month], once the total is at least [minimum amount], to [the payout method agreed with you]. You can follow your visits, sign-ups and paying customers on the Invite page in the app. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for an invoice or your VAT details.

Honestly. In particular:

• Say that you earn a fee, clearly and right next to your link or code, in words anyone understands, for example: “I earn a fee if you subscribe through my link.” A hashtag alone, or a line only in your profile or footer, is not enough.
• No promises of profit, returns or passed challenges, and no results that are not real or not typical.
• Do not call MacroSetup a signal service or advice, and do not give personal trading advice in its name.
• No spam, and no paid ads on the name MacroSetup or on searches for it.
• Do not act as if you are MacroSetup, and do not make accounts, pages or domains that look like ours.
• Use only the logo and screenshots we give you, unchanged.
• Do not share or resell the research itself; the terms of service apply to you as a member too.
• Follow the rules that apply where you and your audience are, such as the AFM's rules for finfluencers and the Dutch advertising code.

We may look at how you promote MacroSetup and ask you to change it. If you break these terms, we may end the partnership right away, and fees for customers brought in that way lapse. Either side can end the partnership at any time; fees already earned under these terms are still paid.

We may change these terms; you hear about it at least 30 days before a change applies to you. Our liability towards partners is limited to the fees owed. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the court in [court].
